Davidson Neon publishes a line of 26 full-color 4" x 6" cards. These beautiful postcards are popular with anyone who enjoys neon, and are often used for announcements and invitations. The series includes fully restored neon on porcelain-enamel spectaculars from the genre's 1930s to 50s heyday, as well as contemporary pictorial signs.
Cards are 50 cents each, or 25 cents each for combined quantities of 50 or more. Additional quantity discounts for orders of 1000 and over are available; please inquire. Orders can be split into varied quantities of any card. Please include $2.50 postage for orders of 50 cards or less; $3.50 postage for 51 to 100 cards; and an additional $1 for each additional 1 to 100 cards after the first 100.
Each card is composed of a front photo and description of the sign's history on the back. For large orders, your customized message can replace or be added to this history; please inquire.
Several cards depict historic signs on display in the Neon Museum of Philadelphia. The museum restores and exhibits classic neon pieces in Philadelphia. Some of these postcard images and over 360 other vintage signs can be seen in the book, Vintage Neon, Schiffer Press, 1999.
